Welcome to Smart Energy Cup calculator.. Dhe information you enter will be used to calculate emissions on Smart Energy Cup. medför. Emissionsen from each club cwill not be public.. This is an initiative by Swedish Ski Association and the data collection is a first step towards a climate neutral Smart Energy Cup 2026.
The survey refers to the "competition period". The competition period covers 2 days before the first start until 23:59 on the last day. When filling in the form, however, you do not need to think about this. If you have chosen to travel to the competition venue outside the "competition period", you must still report that trip. For example, at the end of the last race or a earlier trip to the location.
Fill in your club affiliation, your email, number of active members in the team and number of service persons who are included. It applies to all persons who are part of the weekend and are part of the team (leader and other service). Family members and friends who are not part of the club's activities are not included.
In this field you fill in how the team got to the competition venue. Distribute the number of people per place of departure and mode of transport. Click the yellow + button to add more lines or - to delete line. You do not need to fill in the journey back home. The calculation makes the assumption that the journey home is the same as how you got there. If you do not know the average consumption for each car, it is good to leave the box empty (we calculate from Swedish average consumption).
Indicate how many people live in hotels or in cottages / hostels / with friends. Write a short description e.g. "Lives in rented cottages", "Lives in a hostel" or "Lives with a relative". If you have a long journey home with an overnight stay, you are welcome to write it as a comment under "description".
In this field it is enough to state how many people eat a vegetarian or vegan diet and regular diet (no specific preferences).
In this field we want you to estimate how much you have commuted between accommodation and the competition arena during the weekend. NOTE! Do not report commuting that takes place outside the competition period (2 days before the first start to the night after the last race).
TIP! To make it easier, it is a good idea to reset the trip meters in the cars / buses and register the distance at the end of the competition weekend.
If you have any questions we haven't been able to answer we would love to hear from you!
